Use the same import/export spreadsheet when modifying library targets

It would be wonderful to be able to Export a library spreadsheet, edit it and then import the SAME spreadsheet vs. having to transfer all the information to the "curriculum sample" spreadsheet.

There should be a report to pull the hours that a staff did with in a certain timeframe. If I want to know what hours Sally worked between 7/1-7/15 for example a report that shows me those hours and with which clients.
