Ability to search programs

Student Name on DTT Trial Sheet

PUBLISH on app does NOT SAVE

PUBLISH on app doesn't do so. DRAFT SAVE does save with a message it did. PUBLISH shows no confirmation AND it does not save anyway, so the computer sys does not show it. NEEDS to be fixed for all app parts not just NOTES

Fix Log In Issue

PLEASE fix the issue where we cannot log into the browser, both from Chrome and on Safari, without having to clear the cache. Sometimes this doesn't even work and I spend 15 minutes just trying to log in.
