For the last 4-5 months, when I create a new User for Catalyst, the username and password doesn't work. Even though it is always the same password. If that does work, then the pin doesn't work. I have found out that if I change the pin, have them try again to log in, change the pin back to the original one, then some of the time they are able to get back in using the original pin. This is not always the answer but does work sometimes. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I'm having to chat with support also to get this figured out.
