Fluency Target Types - Zero out

Catalyst won't allow you to automatically have fluency targets 0 out. This is requiring BCBAs to enter data daily.

Specific annotations only showing up when viewing designated behaviors

When adding an annotation I have the option to choose where I want that annotation to go (i.e. checking specific behaviors or skills targets). However, when I view just one behavior, I can still see the annotations that do not necessarily pertain ...
