It would be extremely beneficial if there was a way each therapist can view in one document their data (DTT, Frequency, Behaviors, Note etc) they took within the session. Also, for this sheet to have a therapist inputed timestamp so the therapist can connect the sheet to a SOAP note. This should make writing SOAP notes more efficient since they have all the information on hand and not remembering from a long session. Also, if a client has two therapists in one day, the data would be split and organized so that writing SOAP notes / tracking who did what would be easier.
