To generate treatment plans/progress reports more rapidly with less editing, please add the following fields under behavior reduction targets (i.e. text fields) that can be filled out by the user when adding a new reduction behavior: (1) Hypothesized Function (2) Antecedents (3) Consequence Strategies (4) Replacement Skills.
Alternatively, dynamic custom fields (similar to custom fields in setup) can be added by user.
Outcome: The enhancement will allow treatment plans/progress note templates to pull this information from the corresponding fields each time a new behavior is added. This will streamline the progress reports and reduce user response effort significantly from having to edit the progress reports after generating.
