I want to be able to add the same note or annotation to multiple rate times at once.

For example: If someone forgets to turn on or off the rate timers I would like to be able to as the note : (date: rater timer started late at 11:am) and apply it to all behavior graphs. Currently I have to open each one, select the type of note, add the note, and select the date. It takes a little longer than it needs too-especially since adding any note has decent risk of being buggy.
