At this moment, when you go to the Analysis and Reporting tab -> graphing -> skills -> in treatment, the subfolder is displaying directly all the target goals. There is no a subfolder to group the target goals based on the program to which they belong. In addition, you are seeing all the target goals, regardless if they are on hold or in treatment.
Based on all of this, the following should be created/modified:
Under the analysis & reporting option -> graphing tab -> skill folder -> in treatment:
* Create a subfolder called "program"
* List all programs in treatment
* create the option to click on every program to display ONLY the target goals that are in-treatment (do not include the target goals on hold or closed)
