    Created date and time for SOAP notes is now available for viewing in the portal under Documentation > SOAP notes and in the SOAP notes report under Administration > Reporting Beta > SOAP Note Reports.     It will also help to track therapists who are constantly late with notes. Having a time stamp on when the SOAP note is entered leaves a paper trail for training and disciplinary purposes. I cannot tell you how many times I have pulled a bulk time sheet report for the previous week and still have notes added after the fact. If this feature were added, it would also help to sort by the entry time stamp rather than the date of service, so we know if someone is extremely late in entering notes.

    It would be great, however, I faced another issue, when note is submitted end of the session, most of the time, it shows on the portal when catalyst is open next session time for data collection, gives the impression it was created and submitted during session time. I sent pictures of that to the support team. I suggest to remove that option at all.
