As a previous Central Reach user, each user was required to start the session [timer] immediately when beginning with a client. With this, you could have rate timers automatically begin with this session and end once they end session and graph data. This is an extremely useful tool because rate data is much more valuable and analytic than frequency. This would also assist fidelity checks and collection of important data to be reported to insurance companies. Also, with the way that Catalyst currently has the rate data, it is cumbersome to remember to begin and end timers specific for the rate data. It skews data and is often inaccurate.
