When SOAP notes are edited by their author, it would be helpful if there was a way to show that they were edited and what was edited in the note.

Edits to SOAP notes as well as the user that edited them and the date and time stamp for these edits can be seen by going to Documentation > SOAP Note > Actions > Activity Log to view these changes now. Thanks for the feedback!
