Ability to add a 2nd signature to SOAP notes after it has been submitted and saved.
Per regulations, providers and supervisors need to be signing SOAP notes after the BT/RBT render a service. Currently, our team of analysts are having to sign into each users individual login and sign each note. It would be much more efficient if the analysts could go into an already saved and submitted note from the RBT and put in a 2nd signature, supervisory provider signature. Thank you! Regs: "Progress notes must be entered for each service that is billed. Progress notes must include a dated signature and credentials of the provider as well as co-signatures by supervisors as required by the appropriate DHP regulatory board....."

This ability is now available by giving the correct Security Rights for "Edit Others' SOAP Notes" found in the Admin section. Users with this right can add signatures in the app or the portal after a note is saved.
