I would like to see a graph, or at least trial count per staff member so the staff member can see how they are tracking data in comparison to other staff members. Another option could be to see a pie chart to show them how much of the learner's program they are getting through in their sessions. I think either of these options will help motivate staff to run and track more targets, as well as hold them more easily accountable for instances when neither behaviors, nor acquisitions were tracked across a 3-hour session.
