There needs to be a setting to have an end time for a rate timer. Our staff often change iPads throughout the day, and if the timer is not shut off on one iPad it will continue to run until it is stopped on that iPad. I currently have data that is from a rate timer that ran for 5733 hours. This means the rate is not accurate. I am having to manually do the math to determine what day the data belongs under and correct it. Most insurance companies now want rate data versus frequency, but this is making it very difficult to get accurate data without extra work.
Ability to adjust rate timers WITHOUT completely re-entering all session data would be extremely helpful. If your going to make an auto off, why don't you just make it easier for supervisors to adjust session timers? Seems like were avoiding the real issue here....
We have a new feature planned that will allow users to automatically stop timers at the end of their session.
