Restrict SOAP Notes per User Type

I would like to be able to have only certain SOAP notes visible for user type (EX RBTs can only see RBT SOAP notes) to reduce user error in selecting the incorrect SOAP note.

I wish instead of the little green bar it was say 2/10 trials completed. Its really hard to tell how many trials I have left and it would be much easier to plan out sessions if I could simply see how many trials I have completed rather than trying...

Separate SOAP note for sessions

Allow for each session to create a separate SOAP note. i.e. a patient may have 2 separate sessions in a day with the same therapist. Allow the data to only be pulled from that session time, not the entire day.
